If you aren't in the same state as us, we are required by law to provide you with a health certificate, signed off by a licensed vet. For the health certificate we will need your full name and address. They have us do this so that you aren't caring a sick/diseased animal over state lines and spreading the illness. NOTE: Even if you are in Missouri as well, we still have your kitten vet checked.

We provide you with a copy of the shots and medicine that your kitten hass been given through the appropriate time it needed it. These meds  include: wormer, 3 way shot(FVRV-FCV-FPV Vaccine.

Our 1-year guarantee states that we guarantee the kitten to be free of all communicable diseases. To the best of our knowledge, this kitten is free from any health defects and is the best quality we have to offer. There is NO Guarente as to adult size, temperament, ability to breeder show potential. 

All kittens are examined by a licensed vet. 

We guarantee the kitten to be free of any congenital defects/hereditary disorders for 1 year from the date of birth (which would be life threatening.)  To a congenital medical condition, a replacement puppy will be issued with no cash refund.

We don't refund minor things such as: allergies, minor heart mur-murs, or diseases that your kitten caught that is NOT genetic or congenital and is past our 72-hour rule.

We do refund fatal defects due to a Gentetic or congenital problem.

We refund all your money for the kitten however we don't refund the shipping fee

You have an option to get a replacement kitten as well. NOTE: Price must match, discounts vary

We give you 72 hours to get your kitten checked by your vet as soon as it arrives to you. After that unless it is traced back by genetics we don't refund or pay for vet payments.

If congenital disease found, we require a autopsy and our local vet checked the report (at our expense) for full money back (Not including shipping.)
